From first order to your shelf

1. Choose how you'd like to order 

[update with text to order via Airgoods or direct]. For custom orders, larger volumes, or an ongoing direct account, apply below and we'll set you up.

2. Request free samples 

Not sure which coffees fit your menu? We'll send samples at no cost. Just ask.

3. Roast to order 

We roast to order, so once we get your order in, we'll get it into the next production. We'll send you an email when to expect it, and send along the tracking info when it's ready.

4. Reorder on your schedule 

Once you know what moves, set a standing order so you never run short.

Direct orders are invoiced through QuickBooks and payable by ACH or check. Pricing excludes shipping, but charged as a line item on the same invoice as the order. Rush shipping is available if you're running low.

Straightforward terms, no surprises

• Wholesale pricing starts at $70 per 5lb bulk bags, and $13.99 per bag on 12 oz
• Minimum order is one case. That's 6 bags of 12 oz, or 2 bulk bags
• Suggested retail $23 per 12 oz bag
• Mixing SKUs within a case is possible on a case-by-case basis. Email us to ask.
• Payment: Airgoods handles its own terms. Direct orders are invoiced via QuickBooks, payable by ACH or mailed check
• Shipping is additional, standard ground via USPS. Rush available
• Free samples on request, always

We're based in Oak Park, IL and roast at Tailwind Roasting in Chicago, but our wholesale partners are welcome anywhere in the country.
