Mayra's Costa Rica | Medium-Light Roast
Roast level: Medium-light
Tasting notes: Crisp apple, honey, grapefruit
Single Origin: Tarrazú, Los Santos, Costa Rica
From one of the most popular coffee regions, this single-origin Costa Rican coffee has similarities to our 2025 popular Magnolia's Blend. A medium-light roast is fruity and acidic, with a subtle sweetness like honey, and a slight citrus of grapefruit. We recommend brewing using a pour-over method to maximize control, but it should delicious to explore in any brew method you love.
We ship all orders via USPS Ground. Orders are shipped typically 1-3 days from order date unless fresh beans need to be roasted. We roast on a weekly basis, so orders could take up to 5 days to ship. Email us with any questions or concerns!hello@sweltercoffee.com

Leading the pack
The very first coffee farm we visited after post-pandemic travel was at Mayra's home. She is an inspiring, strong, loving mom and leader in her community. She has inspired her family, specifically her daughters, to continue on in the coffee industry and pave their own path. They offer amazing coffees in different varieties and processes, winning awards and hearts with every sip.
